Capacity (8), stated (8) enrolled. The licensor observed that the educator was caring for (7) children during the visit. None of the children were school age. Children ranged in age 21months -4 yrs. The educator stated that the parent of her drop-in child had an emergency and had just dropped the child off at noon and the child was expected to be picked up by 2 o'clock.
The licensor observed that the back exit pathway contained snow and ice. The licensor observed front and back doors, exit signs were posted.

Although the educator has an adequate supply of playpens, mats etc,the licensor observed a child napping while sitting at a child-sized tabe with his head resting on the child-sized table. The educator stated that this child recently returned to care and refuses to lay down. The educator stated this child cries when placed on the mat.
