Licensor observed the educator did not have progress reports as required by EEC.
The educator did not have at least 30 hours of professional development training available for review during the visit. The licensor observed trainings uploaded under the renewal visit did not clearly reveal training name and hours. The licensor observed 16.5 hrs dated 2020 and 2022.

The educator did not have at least (20) hrs of professional development training dated/taken in 2021-2022 available during the visit.
The licensor observed (1) unsecured shelf in the infant room. The licensor observed unsecured TV cords in the classroom. The licensor observed all other shelves, play materials and TV cords in the licensed space was secured. The licensor observed safety latches.

The licensor observed that the 1st aid kit contained all items except an Instant cold pack.
The educator requested to approve a 2nd classroom for Remote learning. The licensor observed that this room contained paint cans, bags and other items and was not set up for child care.The educator is requesting to approve the "infant room" which was observed to be clean,free of hazards and of adequate size.The licensor observed the licensed space located on the first floor level. Playroom, napping room and classroom.

Licensor observed emergency evacuation last documented 9/30/22. The educator stated she was unaware that emergency evacuations are required with only infants enrolled.
