Progress Reports
A reviewed of the children's emergency card in the first aid kit indicates that some children's emergency cards are expired.
Educator is using EEC sample childcare progress report form for progress report. Educator is completing the progress report, but some children are due for a new progress report.
The educator has been using an unapproved smaller bedroom for the children to sleep in, instead of the Activity Room. There are hazardous items accessible to the children in the Bedroom as well, including a fan with a long cord and a long telephone cord.

A candle was observed burning in the closet by the bathroom, with the door open. The candle was accessible to the children and an open flame could be hazardous to the children. There are 2 large bottles of bleach, an exercise bike, and an iron with a long cord in the Activity Room which are all accessible to children and could be hazardous. There is a tall, free standing lamp in the Playroom, which is accessible to children and could be a tipping hazard.
This follow-up visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.

The wall above the shelves in the Playroom has 3 small holes in it. The wall in the Playroom that is perpendicular to the Kitchen, has a hole in it which is accessible to children.
