Labeled medications for 1 child have been provided to the educator; albuterol for a second child has been requested but not yet provided to educator.
Exit 2 off the Kitchen is marked but obstructed by a highchair, a folding table, a plastic bin, and an office chair. The educator moved all items except the plastic bin during the visit.
Refrigerator temperature reading is 28 degrees Fahrenheit.
Licensor observed construction work `being done in the licensed yard. 2 large piles of concrete rocks were obstructing the evacuation route from the deck stairs to the street. Educator provided pictures showing 1 pile of concrete rock moved away from the deck staircase and the other pile of concrete rocks covered with a tarp.

An evacuation log was not available at the time of the visit. Educator currently marks only the practice drill date on a wall calendar.

Exit 1 is the main entrance to the program and is marked with no obstructions. Exit 2 is off the Kitchen and is marked but obstructed by a highchair, a folding table, and office chair.
An unlabeled albuterol canister in a plastic bag is stored in a labeled child's cubbie. The cubbie is in the Playroom and out of reach of the children.
Napping materials include 10 mats and 2 pack and plays. The mats were stored stacked and touching in the Playroom.
