Licensor walked through indoor and outdoor space and the following hazards were observed: There was a television in the living room that was not anchored. Please anchor this television to avoid a tipping hazard. There was an uncovered trash can in the bathroom; please ensure all trashcans are covered. There were no hazards observed in the outdoor space.
Exits were clear of obstructions, but none had signs. Please add signs and confirm once completed.
