Educator has been using an assistant without an FCC license. Please ensure this person completes the licensing process and refrain from using this person until they are completely licensed.
This follow-up visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
There was no exit sign at the basement door. Please ensure an exit sign is added. All exits were clear and safe.
Parent handbook was missing lead testing in the home and mandated reporter section. Please review regulations and ensure handbook has all necessary sections.

There were [REDACTED] children present at the time of this visit. The ages of the children were [REDACTED]. Educator had [REDACTED] enrolled and present at the time of this visit. Licensor discussed with Educator that she is out of ratio, and one [REDACTED] needed to be sent home. A parent did come to pick up an [REDACTED]. Furthermore this Licensor discussed that the Educator needs to resolve this moving forward. Educator stated that she would begin the process for [REDACTED] to become an assistant and was still not sure what would be done in the meantime. Please include how this will be resolved going forward and include a plan on how this will be avoided in the future.
Licensor reviewed five records. Two records were up to date. One record was missing a [REDACTED]. One record was missing a signature on the transportation section. Please ensure the records are updated and include a plan on how you will maintain these records up to date in the future.
Licensor walked through the licensed space and observed the following hazards: Indoor: 1st Floor- **KITCHEN** There was an uncovered electrical outlet on island. Please ensure all electrical outlets are covered. There were cleaning products under the sink, and locking mechanism was not locked Please ensure this lock is always on. There was a junk drawer that had a pair of scissors. This drawer had a broken locking mechanism. Please fix this locking mechanism. **DINING ROOM** There were bottles of clorox wipes accessible. Please ensure no cleaning products are accessible to children. **FAMILY ROOM** No hazards **LIVING ROOM** There was dog food and water accessible. Please ensure animal food and water is not accessible to childcare children. Basement- **PLAYROOM** No hazards. **BATHROOM** No hazards. Outdoors: There was an area of the fence that was unstable and not properly held up. Please fix the fence so that it is stable and secure. Please upload pictures of this once completed. There was a fire pit that was uncovered. Please ensure the fire pit is covered when not in use. There were no gate at the bottom of the deck stairs. Please ensure there is a gate up at the bottom of the stairs to prevent access to the stairs.

Refrigerator was 42 degrees. Please ensure the refrigerator temperature is within 32 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
