In the bathroom, a container of Aquaphor was accessible. In the kitchen two medication bottles were on the counter accessible and a loose rope was accessible.
This monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
The records were reviewed for the enrolled children. One child needed proof if current physical and immunizations.

There was one drawer in the kitchen that had plastic bags a wraps/foil packages with serrated edges. This drawer did not have a safety lock on it and it was accessible to the children.

Refrigerator Temperature
The Educator’s CPR and First Aid both expired on August 1, 2021. The Educator stated that she had a renewal class scheduled, but the instructor canceled the class. She stated she now has a class scheduled for September 27, 2021. Please send proof of current CPR and First Aid certification.
The refrigerator temperature was 45 degrees. Discussed that the temperature must be between 32 and 40 degrees. Please send proof of accurate refrigerator temperature.
The emergency posting was missing “Call 911” and the phone number of the program.
