Required Postings
Licensor randomly reviewed 5 of the children's records. Of these, 2 were complete and up to date, but the other 3 all had out of date signatures in the enrollment packets, and 1 record also had an out of date physical. Please ensure all of the children's records are complete and up to date.
Educator could not locate the list of emergency numbers/information during the visit. She stated she just updated these numbers and was in the process of reposting them, However, they were not posted at the time of the visit.

Progress Reports
Space (indoor / outdoor hazards) - R Apr 2025
All progress visit are reportedly overdue.
Licensor inspected all of the indoor, licensed space during the monitoring visit, as well as the outdoor playspace. The only hazard that was observed was in the kitchen. The drawer to the left of the fridge has a child safety tab that is not working and there are batteries, sharpies and small, chokable items inside. There was another kitchen drawer that had a pizza cutter inside. Educator moved this item during the visit.

Educator has not provided written notification that there are firearms on the premises to the families with whom she works.
Licensor inspected all of the licensed, indoor space during the renewal visit. The only hazard observed was in the kitchen. There was a container of Lysol wipes on the counter.
Licensor reviewed 6 of the children’s records. Of these, 4 had up to date progress reports and the other 2 were infants and were overdue for a progress report as they need to be completed every 3 months.

Exit Safety
Licensor reviewed 5 of the children's records. All of the records had a progress report. However, Educator did not date 1 of the reports. Also discussed that the reports need to be provided to the families.
There are multiple exits from the home, including the front door and the back door. Both of these exits were easily accessible. However, neither exit had an exit sign.

Licensor reviewed 4 of the children's records during the virtual visit. Of these, 1 was complete and up to date, 1 was missing medical information but this child had only been enrolled for less than 2 weeks, 1 had out of date signatures and medical information and the last record had out of date signatures. Please review all of the children's records and ensure they are all complete and up to date.
Educator uses vinyl place mats for diapering and then disinfects these after each use. Educator does not use a disposable layer, which Licensor discussed is a requirement.
