Licensor reviewed 6 children's records. Two of the children's records were missing an annual update form and required new signatures. Licensor emailed a blank annual update form. Please ensure these forms are added to the children's records and ensure packets are updated annually.
Licensor reviewed children's records. Three children were new and were not due for a progress report. Two children had up to date progress reports. One child required a progress report. Please ensure all progress reports are completed in a timely manner.
Educator reports that the children bring 2 outfits in their backpacks. Licensor discussed the need for one outfit to remain in the program. Please ensure one outfit is stored in the program for each child at all times.
Educator exceeded 30 hours of training, however none were completed in 2017. Please ensure 10 hours of training are completed each year.
