Pack and plays and cots are used for napping. Observed blankets used by the children touching each other stacked in the playroom closet. Napping materials must be stored separately for each child.

Developmental checklists were last completed in January and February 2023 and are overdue. Written progress reports must be completed every three months for infants (under 15 months old) and children with special needs, every six months for toddlers and preschoolers, and once a month for school aged children (5 years and older).

Front door and back door in the kitchen. Exit signs are not posted.
Observed a variety of age appropriate toys and materials that will be accessible to the children. A shelf with multiple plastic bins is not attached to the wall in the den and poses a tipping hazard.
Flat screen television in the living room is not secured to the wall or furniture. Clutter (boxes, pictures, etc.) in the dining room will be removed prior to the program opening. Cleaning supplies and sharp objects are stored in top cabinets in the kitchen. Hazards in the bathroom are also stored on a high shelf in a bathroom cabinet.
