The licensor observed the following: in the kitchen the cabinet under the sink was not locked and dishwasher pods and other cleaning supplies were accessible, additionally the wall under the kitchen window had dried food on it and needs to be wiped down. In the playroom there is a wooden climber that requires ground surface covering to be used. In the bathroom there was a bottle of conditioner on the edge of the bathtub accessible and the potty chair had not been cleaned and disinfected after use. In the basement space the licensor observed : a gymnastics bar, a swing and a treadmill and weights there were accessible.
