The following safety hazards were observed and accessible to the children in the OUTDOOR PLAY SPACE as follows: - Three ladders lying on the ground, presenting a tripping hazard. - Multiple garden tools stored behind the shed, including hoes, shovels, stone-breaking hammers, sickles, and a mattock. -Two unsecured propane tanks. -A snowplow blade placed on the grass, posing a tripping hazard. - Loose wood, debris, and bricks scattered throughout the area, creating tripping hazards. - A large, rusted barrel located beside the shed. - An uncovered grill beside the shed. - Several bicycles leaning against the shed, posing a risk of falling onto children.
