During interview with the staff member, it was reported the ages of the children left unsupervised were eleven (11) months to twenty-four (24) months old. 2. A staff member left the zinnia classroom and went to the sunflower room entering the doorway leaving four (4) children unsupervised. The staff member returned to the zinnia classroom in approximately six (6) seconds to supervise the children. During interview with the staff member, it was reported that the ages of the children left unsupervised were two (2) and three (3) years old. 3. Two (2) staff members were moving children from the sunflower and rosebud room to the fun room. While the two (2) staff members were moving the children there was one (1) infant that was crawling behind them towards the fun room. When both staff members arrived at the fun room, they entered inside leaving the crawling infant unsupervised in the hallway.
