Based on observation of the playground equipment, a blue and white police pedal car had a large bolt sticking up from the fender and failed to have a protective covering. Continued observation revealed the side of a pedal school bus, contained a plastic side with the words SCHOOL BUS, which had pieces of plastic broken off, leaving sharp plastic edges. The school bus also failed to have pedals on the metal pedaling mechanism. A turquoise pedal car had no steering wheel in which to guide the car while riding.
