During a tour of Multipurpose Room B the surveyor observed two (2) fans mounted high on the wall that were plugged into a power strip near the floor. The cords were hanging loosly above the children's play materials and were accessible to the children. Also, a tour of Multipurpose Room A found a fan mounted high on the wall that was plugged into a power strip on the floor. The cord was hanging loosly; not secure, and was accessible to the children.
