In the two north restrooms the paper towels were in an open plastic container on couner not being dispensed in a sanitary manner.
In the 4's room their was dawn dish soap located by the sink within reach of children that states on label "keep out of reach of children" which is not safe.
In the 1's room their was two packages of diapers and a bag on top of the changing table and it should not be used for other purposes.
One staff person present did not have documentation of current first aid certification.
