In room A05 at the time of inspection there was an open teacher's bag on the floor behind the desk with a bottle of Ibuprophen, labeled keep out of reach of children, visible inside and accessible to children. In the teacher's unlocked closet there was a container with packages of disinfectant wipes, labeled keep out of reach of children, on a low shelf accessible to children.

Ratio for this group is 1:10 The preschool playground with the Kindergarten age children was left out of ratio with 0 qualified caregivers and 27 5/6yr old children, when 1 caregiver left to take a student to the bathroom. Hazardous items and items labeled Keep out of reach of children were found accessible to children in the following areas: Room A03 had disinfectant wipes, handsanitizer and 2 spray bottles of Quat in an unlocked cabinet. Room A05 had adult scissors, paper cutter and sunscreen on the teachers desk. Room A06 had adult scissors on the desk. Room A08 had disinfectant wipes under the sink behind a deterrent and hand sanitizer, "styling creme" in the unlocked desk drawer.

Children were being released from the cafe to walk to the office without supervision for pick up.
