At the time of inspection the storage room that the children walk through to get outside had gallon sized paint cans, can of spray paint labeled keep out of reach of children, accessible to children. Extra chairs, tables and supplies were stacked as well, tipping hazards. In the School Age classroom, fours classroom and the three's classroom there were extra chairs stacked on top cabinets and desks.
At the time of inspection one toilet did not have toilet paper on the dispenser.
