One staff member present in the Infant room is missing documentation of Safe Sleep training modules 1 & 2 in their file.
Unless the provider is a parent, stepparent, quardian, custodian, or other relative to each child in the care of the provider, the individual annually must recieve at least twelve (12) hours of continuing education approved by the division and related to the age appropriate education development, care, and safety of children.
