Infant room: Baseboard is coming off the wall under the blue shelf.
1’s (back) room bathroom: Toilet roll on top on the toilet tank and no dispenser on the wall. 1’s (front) room bathroom: No toilet paper on the dispenser.
Items labeled “Keep out of reach of children” were found in the following rooms: 1’s Front room- There was Petroleum jelly under the changing table, 2’s room- Can of Raid under the sink, & Unused room with door open- Bathroom under the sink there is Toilet bowl cleaner and in the white sink top drawer there is a re-fill soap bag- All accessible to children which is unsafe.
The following rooms have changing pads with rips in them which is unsanitary: 2.5’s, 2’s, 1’s (back) room & Infant room.
Infant room: The right door on the wood cabinet is hanging on by 1 hinge which is unsturdy.

Infant (Back) room: Peeling paint on wall, under windows & by the cribs, which is unsanitary. 2’s (back) room: Peeling paint on window seal which unsanitary. 1’s (Back) room: Ceiling tile above door is peeling exposing absorant material which is unsanitary.
