In the Hawks room: children’s red couch pad is cracked.
In the Hawks bathroom, a roll of toilet paper on top shelf, exposed. In the Owls bathroom: sink seal is cracked and pulling away from the wall. In the Eagles Room: the bathroom on the left, has built-up behind the toilet. All items in the bathroom must be sanitizible. The sink in the classroom has a slow drain.
Hallway bathroom: Boy beind the left toilet in corner, the tile is busted and missing. All items in the bathroom must be sanitizible.
Self Report: On 4/10/2025 Breast Milk procedures were not followed, when one child was feed another's child's bottle.
