At the time of inspection in preschool room 2 there was a container of multiple spray and/or lotion sunscreens labeled Keep out of Reach of Children on the low table accessible to children and a spray bottle of bleach water on the counter in room 3.

In the PK room there was a magic eraser on a low shelf of an unlocked cabinet. Outlets covers were missing in th 3/4 room and the PK room.
