Prior to having direct contact with children or food, the following training or information shall be provided to all staff and volunteers according to the specific responsibilities assigned to that particular staff member or volunteer: Training in universal precautions. A person trained annually in universal precautions shall repeat this training annually for all child care staff and include the following topics: Procedures for documenting and handling incidents in which staff are directly exposed to contact with blood
