The Director agreed to go over the emergency plan for the center and have all staff date and sign acknowledgement of the training. A technical referral was made to CCR&R in 8//16/2023 to assist with the correction of these violations. Consultant Love reached out to the Director to provide assistance in email format on 8/17/23. She attached the HHS posting in the email. It is recommended that the Director invite Consultant Love to visit the center later in the fall. V.
