All caregivers meet qualifications During the visit, the Director stated that she has submitted all on-going expired staff's health and safety certificates to People Attentive to Children (PATCH). The Worker reviewed with the Director that this requirement can only be satisfied once all hours are met for each staff member in the system. The following staff members have expired on-going health and safety training periods in the system. Please have these staff members complete all 16 hours of training and submit the training certificates to PATCH for processing: XXXXX - Has 14 out of 16 training hours recorded.
