Written evidence of fire warning device inspected initially and annually by fire inspector. report dated: On May 13, 2024, Child Care Licensing Worker inspected the fire inspection report and found that it had expired. Aiea Hongwanji Mission Church contracted work to install a fire alarm system. The Church applied for building permit #907287 for the preschool and for building permit #905303 for the community hall for the installation of the fire alarm system.<br/> <br/> Installation and testing were not completed.<br/> - building and electrical inspections in progress.<br/> - fire alarm system testing has not been completed.<br/> - fire inspection has not been completed.<br/>
Sanitation inspection On May 13, 2024, Child Care Licensing Worker (CCLW) reviewed the food establishment permit: Food Establishment Permit #000368 Risk Category 1, expiring on April 12, 2025.<br/> <br/> CCLW inspected the three staff food handler safety course certification cards and determined that all three were expired.<br/>
