One staff member file was observed missing her DCF transcript, staff member did not complete her 40hrs DCF training withing the 12 months from the date training begins. Training completion may not exceed 15 months from the date of employment in the child care industry in any licensed Florida child care facility. See Supplemental Inspection Sheet for more information
The facility has not been inspected and approved by the local fire department as required; Fire Inspection report dated 11/4/2022
Monthly Fire drill was not conducted for the month of November 2023, during the facilitys license year, fire drills utilizing the approved alarm system must be conducted monthly at various dates and times when children are in care
