A complaint was received on April 19, 2022, regarding the center sending last-minute notifications to parents about not picking up children from school to transport them to the center for afterschool care due to lack of staffing. An investigation was started on April 27, 2022. This complaint is substantiated because the center did not have enough staff to provide transportation to school-age children as previously arranged with families.
