Ensure child files are complete. Child #6 needs Blood Lead Screening results. Child #12 and 13 need an Immunization and Blood Lead Screener affidavit for Religious Beliefs.

The diaper changing station must move closer to the bathroom. The changing station must have a foot-operated covered trash can within arm's reach of the table and hand-washing sink. The changing station must also have soap/water and disinfectant readily available to sanitize the station after each diaper change.
