The Office of Child Care Licensing received a complaint on January 21, 2025, regarding the facility not having heat. An investigation was conducted on January 28, 2025. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint because while one classroom in the facility did not have heat, the children were relocated to an approved classroom that had heat. The temperature in the classrooms at the time of this visit was compliant with regulations.

The Office of Child Care Licensing received a complaint on June 28, 2023, regarding improper staff-to-child ratio and not following the center s termination policies in the parent handbook. An investigation begun on July 11, 2023, and concluded on July 20, 2023. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint for improper staff-to-child ratio because according to attendance records reviewed and during the investigation, all classrooms were following proper staff-to-child ratio. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint for not following the center s termination policies because the center followed their policy when they determined they could not provide the best possible care for the child and provided the parent with a termination of care letter.

OCCL received a complaint on August 17, 2022, regarding the club not following accident/injury requirements and not following child safety restraint regulations. An investigation was conducted on August 18, 2022. This complaint is substantiated because an accident/injury report was not given to the Reporter in a timely manner, and the car seat was improperly installed causing it to tip when the van turned a corner.
