The Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) accepted the complaint for investigation on March 10, 2023, regarding improper discipline. An investigation began when the provider contacted OCCL on March 8, 2023, and concluded on April 4, 2023. There is no evidence to substantiate the complaint because the provider and substitute denied the allegation that the substitute hit a child in the face.
