On April 24, 2024, the Office of Child Care Licensing received a complaint regarding not having firearms and other similar items stored out of the reach of the children and locked up. An investigation was conducted on May 6, 2024. This complaint is substantiated because the provider stated her husband had the shotgun out during child care hours because the gun had just been delivered by UPS. The provider stated her husband was opening the gun and putting the scope on. It was not loaded.
