Director states she will submit an Unusual Incident Report to report the flood in the school-age classrooms along with an Emergency Temporary Relocation Plan/Waiver regarding the short term and long term plan for the school age children. Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 out of 2 school-age rooms being moved to preschool rooms due to a flood in the school age rooms, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
