The Director stated that she will conduct a training covering child transitioning by 1/30/26 and provide proof of staff attendance to the Dept. Based on Director and staff interviews the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Child #1 was left unattended for approximately under one minute without staff supervision which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
