The director states that she will conduct a staff meeting on 1/11/21 where personal rights of children in care will be discussed. The director will send LPA a copy of the meeting agenda and sign in sheet via email by POC due date of 1/14/22. The director will also send in a signed statement detailing how she will ensure that staff will not violate the personal rights of children. Based on record reviews and interviews conducted by LPA a staff member (S1) was observed picking up and moving a child (C1) in an inappropriate manner. On a separate occasion S1 was observed spraying a stream of water on a child which hit the child in the head and/or face and a staff member was also observed yelling at daycare children. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
