Infant Care Center Sleeping Equipment (g) Cribs, mats or cots shall be arranged so as to provide a walkway and work space between the cribs, mats or cots sufficient to permit staff to reach each infant without having to step over or reach over any other infant.
Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there was not sufficient walking space between cribs for staff to walk or workspace for staff to reach for infants which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
