Licensee shall provide shade over the infant play area. Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section sited above in that there is no shade over the infant play yard.
Licensee will train staff of infants sleeping procedures and allow infants to fall asleep on thier own. Training documentation will be provided to LPA once training is completed. Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section sited above in that all 8 infants were put into the sleeping area to sleep when only 3 infants were actually sleeping.
Licensee will purchase the correct amont of cribs for infants to sleep and provide proof when purchased. Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section sited above in that the center were using 3 playyards for infants to sleep in.
