Classroom teacher placed the scissors and knife in a top cabinet making them inaccessible to children in care. Based on observation, The Licensee did not make sure to make knife and adult scissors inaccessible to children in room 3, which poses a potential Health or Safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care. Facility will provide staff with memo regarding making sharp and or pointed items inaccessible to children in care. Facility will provide LPA copy of teacher memo and teacher sign off by 10/24/22.
