Per Head Teacher, point of use filters are changed yearly. LPA observed point of use filters installed both indoors and outdoors with a date of 07/18/2024. Based on results submitted to the Department, the facility did not comply with the section cited above in Outlet "A" was reported to have an exceedance of 1050 ppb, exceeding allowable limit for lead, which poses a potential Health, Safety or Personal Rights risk to persons in care.
