Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. While touring the outdoor activity space at 11:30 a.m. LPA observed four cans of paint on top of the counter near the children's hand washing sink. The paint cans read "Warning! Harmful if inhaled."
