Per licensee, Staff 1 will no longer drive children. The licensee will transport the school aged children until a qualified staff is hired. Based on record review, interviews and LPA observations, Staff 1 does not have proof of completing educational requirements, transports children without supervison of qualified staff. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
