Staff 2 has left the facility and will not be returning to work until a criminal record clearance and association to the facility has been completed. Based on observation, interview and record review, The Licensee did not make sure Staff 1 had a criminal record clearace, which poses an [immediate or potential] Health [and or] Safety, [and or] personal rights risk to persons in care.
