(6.2.a.) The caregiver shall obtain a medical examination and a tuberculosis screening within thirty (30) days of application for a certificate of registration and upon application for renewal of the certificate of registration. Medical examinations may be completed up to six (6) months prior to application or renewal. (Outcome: Pending)
(8.3.b.) Digital carbon monoxide detectors shall be installed in all residences that use gas appliances, fireplaces, pellet or wood-burning stoves, natural gas, oil, or propane heating systems. (Outcome: Pending)
