There was a very large, heavy, stack of boxes in the hallway- over 6 feet tall and almost 3 feet in width in the hallway near one of the classrooms. This stack could collapse or be bumped and fall over. It was also a narrow walkway which both could cause injury.
There were numerous items of trash/plastic bags/broken cups along the fence of the play area as well as inside the play area.
