The child tracking was not accurate at the time of the visit. Two children were on the tracking sheet in the Tootsie Roll room when they were actually in the Gummy Bear room. The same two children were also not tracked in the Gummy Bear room.

The door to the laundry room was open upon our arrival and during the visit. On the floor right inside the door is two bottles of bleach and inside the room there is a cart filled with cleaning supplies which all state keep out of reach of children.
