A child care worker was observed on video on 6/10/2026 yelling in a child's face "Don't do that. It's not funny", and showed lack of positive child guidance when yelling "What? What? And covering her face saying "aagh!".
The tables in the honeybee classroom had not been cleaned after lunch.
The honeybee classroom was not maintained in a clean condition. Debris was noticed on the flooring, the garbage containers covers were visibly soiled, toys were scattered about in disarray.
