Each refrigeration unit shall be maintained at 40 degrees or lower. A refrigerator in the food prep area was observed not maintained at 40 degrees or lower. The refrigerator was observed between 50-60 degrees F.
The attendance was observed inaccurate. Twenty-three (23) children were present, but twenty-two (22) children were listed on the attendance.
