(Child Tracking Procedure ) on 12/9/2024 : During the visit on 12/9/24, the center's tracking procedure was not being followed to ensure the number, names and whereabouts of the children in care were known to the child care workers at all times. The tracking was not accurate in one of the classrooms and children were observed leaving the classroom without being accounted for.
Staff A, who has been employed at the center for more than one week, did not have a completed orientation on file for review.

While monitoring another classroom, licensors witnessed a child leave the room and staff did not notice it. The licensor informed staff that the child had left the room.
