(Supervision Of Children ) on 10/2/2025 : A child was observed down the hall from his classroom filling a water bottle unattended. Two children from the preschool room were allowed to leave their room and use the bathroom unattended.
(Child Tracking Procedure ) on 10/2/2025 : Child tracking was not accurate in the infant room when a child was not signed in on the tracking sheet. Child tracking was not accurate in the 2-3 year old room when a child was not signed out on the tracking sheet. $1600

Documentation was not sent to DCF of current registration prior the center using the vehicle to transport children.
