The last date the fire drill was documented was 4/7/2024. The provider stated they completed fire drills but did not document them. This rule was cited previously on 10/25/2023.
The FCCH provider left the substitute alone with a group of children knowing they had not received the results of the fingerprints. The substitute had a friend visit during this time who had not completed the record check authorization form or complete the fingerprint process.
The provider has not started documenting fire drills since they opened on 7/2/2023. The provider stated she does fire drills but did not document the drills.
